Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit scalability
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms for industrial deployment
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated machine learning
- Drive open-source quantum computing initiatives and industry standards
- Mentor researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
