Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors and error correction frameworks
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Lead quantum simulation projects for drug discovery and materials science
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Strong background in complex systems architecture and distributed computing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum-mechanical principles and their computational implications
