Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies to achieve fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive open-source quantum software contributions to accelerate industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
