Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients on quantum adoption roadmaps
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Optimize qubit coherence times below 100 microseconds
- Drive quantum-cloud integration projects with AWS/Azure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years in superconducting qubit development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering below 20mK
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum systems
