Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Research and implement error correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical ML models
- Architect quantum communication networks with zero-knowledge protocols
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum hardware innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
