Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Optimize qubit connectivity and gate operations for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop quantum software interfaces compatible with legacy computing environments
- Conduct quantum system performance benchmarking and stress testing
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
