- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create documentation and training materials for quantum software development
- Advise on quantum computing roadmap alignment with 2026 regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven experience with quantum error correction algorithms (surface code, bosonic codes)
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-performance computing
