Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks to maximize computational efficiency
- Lead quantum system architecture integration with existing cloud infrastructure
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create technical documentation and quantum computing roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Track record of translating complex quantum concepts into practical enterprise solutions
