Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Architect scalable quantum hardware systems with error-corrected qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise clients
- Conduct research in quantum supremacy and fault-tolerant computing
- Present findings at international conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with AWS, Google, and IBM on quantum cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IonQ, D-Wave)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
