Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise and research applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable hardware/software solutions
- Establish industry standards for quantum security and interoperability
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting 2026 quantum computing milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience leading technical teams and managing quantum computing projects
