Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit scalability
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with academia and industry on quantum standards development
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
