Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum AI systems integrating qubit processors with classical neural networks
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-optimized solutions for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Research and implement novel quantum neural network topologies
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for commercial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum AI or quantum information theory
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical system integration
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and machine learning theory
