Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning (h-index >25)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Track record of securing research funding from NSF/DARPA
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory to commercial products
