Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-entangled neural networks for exponential computational advantage
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time optimization of complex systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications for Fortune 500 partners
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing pipelines at scale
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for quantum decision-making systems
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for frontier quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-computing applications
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Experience securing government/industry research funding
