Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors into scalable AI infrastructures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research to identify new applications for quantum computing in enterprise solutions.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices for quantum software development.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum mechanics, and linear algebra.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning in emerging technologies.
