Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Develop and deploy scalable quantum neural networks and hybrid AI models capable of processing petabytes of unstructured data in real-time.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction, qubit coherence optimization, and quantum machine learning algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Protocol Development: Define the technical standards and protocols for Project 2026, ensuring compatibility with future quantum hardware generations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and external partners.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum modules into existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q# (or similar quantum programming frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq).
- Architecture: Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex theoretical and practical engineering challenges.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals to non-technical audiences.
