Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in designated Tucson neighborhoods
- Provide personalized care based on individual pet needs and preferences
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks and report concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments or daycare when required
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding pet updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
