Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise client dogs in designated Irvine neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication if certified)
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior and health observations
- Adhere strictly to client-specific care protocols and safety standards
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
- Collaborate with team members for seamless coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR required
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data plan
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass comprehensive background check
- Local Irvine residency preferred
