Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level architecture for large-scale AI systems, ensuring alignment with 2026 technological standards.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI product lines, identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- Model Development: Oversee the development and optimization of deep learning models, focusing on performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure AI systems are developed with robust security protocols and adhere to ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
