Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance neural network infrastructures that support real-time decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as generative adversarial networks and transformer models.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, ethical AI usage, and data security.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse technical teams.
