Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, using our premium equipment.
- Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms immaculate at all times, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Operations: Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow baristas and management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience, preferably in a busy coffee shop or cafe setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art techniques.
- Equipment: Comfortable working with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
