Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with precision (pour-over, espresso, cold brew)
- Deliver personalized customer consultations on coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Master latte art and beverage presentation to premium standards
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and artisanal ingredients
- Maintain immaculate workspace and equipment maintenance protocols
- Train junior staff on brewing standards and customer service excellence
- Collaborate with chefs on coffee-infused dessert pairings
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced certification (SCA or equivalent)
- Portfolio of latte art and brewing techniques
- Expert knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting profiles, and flavor notes
- Exceptional communication skills for high-end customer interactions
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods
- Food handler and barista safety certifications
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
