Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques (pour-over, espresso, latte art)
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment with meticulous attention to hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and uphold quality control for premium coffee beans and ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere
- Train new baristas on brewing methods and service protocols
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience with advanced brewing expertise
- Proven ability to execute complex latte art and precision brewing
- Exceptional customer service skills with a flair for creating memorable experiences
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Reliability and punctuality with flexible availability (including weekends)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
