Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside manner and compassionate care
- Assist with patient intake, vital sign monitoring, and specimen collection
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Nursing Assistant (NA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care setting
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
