Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, bathing, and daily living activities
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Transport patients between departments safely
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- CNA certification required (or completion within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
