Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/out processes with exceptional efficiency
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate medical records
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
- Support facility-wide patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Current BLS certification required
- Mesa, AZ residency strongly preferred
