Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs measurements and patient assessments
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Handle front desk operations including scheduling and patient intake
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
