Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Assist with clinical procedures under provider supervision
- Manage patient intake and electronic health records
- Coordinate patient education materials and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and inventory management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA/MA preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
- Ohio state healthcare compliance knowledge
