Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage weekend clinic operations
- Coordinate care transitions between weekend and weekday teamsAssist with patient intake, documentation, and insurance verification
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Support weekend health screenings and wellness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic a plus)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
