Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as business needs require.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
