Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and explain daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or requests immediately.
- Clean and maintain tables, ensuring the dining area meets our high hygiene standards.
- Cash out tables accurately and process payments via POS systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong knowledge of standard food and beverage menu items.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly between tables.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- A valid Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
