Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
- Deliver food and drinks with precision and ensure guest satisfaction during the meal.
- Clean and maintain dining areas, tables, and restrooms to uphold our hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately using our POS systems.
- Upsell products and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and major holidays.
- Familiarity with alcohol service laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods.
