Your Role
As a Server, you are the face of our brand. You will guide guests through their culinary journey, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all guest satisfaction needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service station, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant server experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Alcohol Service Certification (TABC) is preferred.
