Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently using our POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Manage table assignments and optimize seating capacity during peak hours
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the dining area
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- Washington Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic wine/beer knowledge and responsible alcohol service certification
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
