Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Manage table sections efficiently to ensure timely food delivery and beverage service
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate seamless service flow
- Uphold cleanliness standards for tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant server experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling)
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing payments
- Must obtain Colorado Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktail fundamentals preferred
- Positive attitude with proven ability to multitask under pressure
