Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 3-4 tables while maintaining accurate order timing
- Process payments efficiently using our modern POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for flawless execution
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Contribute to daily side work and station maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience required
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and wine service preferred
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certificate (or obtainable within 30 days)
