Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in a timely manner
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle payments and maintain accurate cash drawer procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and beverage service
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oklahoma Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
