Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely food/beverage delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payment methods
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
