- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using our POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely execution
- Present menu knowledge and upsell premium offerings
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawers
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional serving experience preferred
- Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
