Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage section cleanliness and table resets
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize revenue
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Valid CA Food Handler Card required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system knowledge (Toast experience a plus)
- Team player with positive attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Must pass background check
