- Manage guest orders through POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless dining flow
- Process payments and maintain financial accountability
- Uphold cleanliness standards across dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
- Contribute to daily inventory and restocking duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights/weekends reliably
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Knowledge of DC restaurant scene a plus
