Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine dining area standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams
- Execute opening/closing side duties efficiently
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual upscale serving experience
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/nights
- TABC/Florida alcohol service certification
- Strong teamwork ethic and positive attitude
- Food safety knowledge preferred
