Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor.</li><li>Present menus, answer detailed questions about ingredients and preparation, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.</li><li>Serve food and drinks with a focus on presentation, timing, and temperature to ensure a flawless dining experience.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests immediately.</li><li>Clean and reset tables promptly to maintain a pristine dining environment for incoming guests.</li><li>Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and the ability to upsell with confidence is a plus.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.</li><li>Must possess a valid Food Handler's card (or be willing to obtain one).</li></ul>
