Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to guests while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately process orders using our advanced POS system and ensure timely food/beverage delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness and uphold rigorous sanitation standards
- Upsell seasonal specials, premium beverages, and loyalty program benefits
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant serving experience required
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and gourmet dining concepts
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Food Handler's Certification and valid California Alcohol Service Permit
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
