Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and provide warm hospitality to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food quality standards
- Manage table turnover and maintain clean, organized dining area
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
