Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Accurately process orders and payments using our modern POS system
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety standards, health regulations, and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience in a high-volume establishment
- Must be TABC-certified (or willing to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing transactions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a collaborative environment
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
