Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and allergen protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
