Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Support team training initiatives and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and exceptional teamwork ethic
- Knowledge of NM food safety regulations
