Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support daily opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Must obtain Colorado food handler certification within 30 days
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
