Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, personalized guest interactions
- Accurately process orders via POS system while maintaining food safety standards
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for timely order delivery
- Manage payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Uphold immaculate dining area cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including station setup/breakdown
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid TN Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
